  It's right down the road from my office so it's convenient and I've tried to go several times but their customer service is always Horrendous! Every single time I've been in, I walk out angry and disappointed, and most of the time I can't find what I need. They will go out of their way to AVOID helping the customer. You're better off going to Staples or Wal Mart for supplies and Fed Ex for printing!! If I would give 0 stars I would.

  Just before Christmas in 2017, I went here to pick up a print order - letters that I was sending along with Christmas packages. I had my two young children along for the adventure. The staff was so incredibly helpful. The young man on staff gave my kids paper and highlighters to draw with as we dealt with the packages. When we went back to my car, it wouldn't start. I went back in and spoke with the same associate, he said he'd be happy to give my car a jump! When my car started, he noted that one of the lights on my car was out. Turns out the wires to the headlight got loose, and took out the battery in the process. I was so incredibly grateful for the extra care they took to make sure - not only that my packages made it out in time for Christmas - but also making sure to get my car operational for our drive home!
