  I am amazed by the kindness of the staff. My husband and I ordered our daughter's furniture from here and 3 days before delivery, we sadly lost her. Our house was being built so we had not had the furniture delivered yet. They allowed us to store the furniture with them until we were ready to tackle that emotional hurdle in our new house. They also made a donation in honor of our angel baby to a great cause. They were extremely helpful throughout the entire process and then to be so compassionate when things went horribly wrong meant the world to us.

  Not sure if Sarah Files is still a manager at Baby's 1st or not, but if she is, she shouldn't be. Never did I receive any apology from her for a bad experience from start to finish. Just writing once again to express my disappointment with an experience I had there about 5 years ago. I know, you're thinking why would someone dredge up something 5 years old. Let me tell you.... First, I was sold a floor model crib and nightstand when the I45 location at 1960 was closing to move to the Woodlands. I was told that the model was still made and that I would be able to get matching pieces... first LIE. After delivery of the pieces, I went back to the store to order a dresser only to find out that I could not get that because it was no longer made. I was told another manufacturer had a very similar style and the same color, so I was helped with ordering that. Second LIE. We picked up the vertical dresser and it doesn't match at all... so I've been staring at mismatched furniture for 5 years which brings up resentment every time I go into the room. My next problem came when it was time to lower the crib. The nut that is built into the footboard came right out with the bolt when I was removing it...awesome. To resolve this problem, I literally had to drill into the footboard making it even more unsightly.... man, this "lifetime" furniture is getting better and better, right? HERE'S MY CURRENT PROBLEM: So now it's time to convert my toddler bed into a full size. Sarah personally helped me order the conversion kit from Munire, the same manufacturer and same color, but from a different model bed... but she promised me the conversion kit was the same.... LIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Here's the deal: the holes for the bolts are NOT in the same place in the headboard/footboard as they are in the side conversion pieces. I don't even have all the proper hardware based on the headboard/footboard I have. Once again, looks like my only option will be to drill into the pieces. What a joke! "Lifetime" furniture has turned into a lifetime of headaches, anger, and frustration. All revolves back around a lying, poorly trained salesperson and a manager that didn't know how to make things right and further perpetuated the problems. So, in short, thank you baby's and kid's first for taking a lot of my money and delivering a set of products that has been mismatched, faulty, and incorrect. I can't say enough terrible things about this store, this manager, or this experience.
